Crystal Bow

I have a crystal bow 8/10 charged...... how can I sell it ? Does it need a recharge to sell or do I need to completely use ?

I think it's like barrows, you need it completley fixed or used up to sell.

i thought you could only sell a new crystal bow, which you buy for 900k from that elf. you could also use all the charges and sell the seed.

uhm I tried going back to ilfeen but she doesnt charge it :S

You can't sell a bow unless it's "new," which is not what you get when you charge a seed. You'll need to use up the charges and sell the seed, if you charge it again it will become an untradable "10/10" bow. You also can't recharge a bow without fully expending it.
