The background is great. The foreground needs something more striking. maybe glowing?

Not bad, I also like the background and its colour scheme. I feel the C4D could have been blended in quite a lot more though, it really stands out because of its bright colours. Also, the C4D itself seems pretty... boring compared to some you used for the background.

 

 

 

Oops, I just noticed I pretty much said the same as Jason did on dA.

 

 

 

EDIT: Not really a fan of the scanlines either.
