Well I did manage to get some playtime in o.O Actually ended up playing most of the day

 

 

 

 

 

 

Started by taking 55 crafting for slayer mask

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next I needed this to be able to start Smoking Kills

 

 

 

 

 

 

Which I did afterwards. A Rather annoying quest I must say. So now I'm able to collect points to eventually pick up the slayer mask knowledge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is actually way slower for charms than just purely grinding at legend's guild. And I mostly get gold ones. No way I'm paying 3k+ for marigolds, some lvl 1 flowers or whatever -.- But meh, the alternations kept me a bit more concentrated..

 

 

 

 

 

 

Didn't realize the mask stuff would be this entertaining :P I like them big numbers

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the end of the day, I managed to do 11 tasks for 110 points.. Mmh, only 400 for the mask, so shouldn't take that long.

 

 

 

I should probably switch to other than lost city master though.. Crawling hands? Banshees? Cave Crawlers? -.- Bloodvelts and Infernal Mages are fine, but argh spending time killing level 12 mobs that don't even really drop charms. Also I seem to just get mobs that drop golds/greens, when I would like to have Crimsons.

 

 

 

Well, I'll continue tomorrow I suppose.

Been a few days since my last update again, like I said, school taking more of my time now -.-

 

 

 

I've only played in the evenings since the weekend, but I still managed to finish my original "main" goal even with all the sidetracks I've taken :

 

 

 

 

 

 

I continued slaying for charms and attack exp and also decided I'd do any lvl3 clues after every task that drops them. I should also be getting the slayer mask soon, I think I have around 300 points now or something.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm not exactly very lucky when it comes to TTs, I did a lot of them back when I first continued in RS2 in 2005 and I never got a single TT item, it was always runes and rune items and crap.. So the cav hat and trimmed blue d'hide are actually my first actual TT items. Too bad they aren't worth anything eh? Well, it's a steady income anyway. I've been slowly climbing up in the GP department eventhough I'm constantly spending money on supplies, summoning and such.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I got this while on the way to 50 summoning, the old max combat "back in the day" :thumbup:

 

 

 

 

 

 

And it's done :thumbsup: All skills above 50. I wasn't quite sure I would do it when I started, I have some motivational issues sometimes heh, but I kept going and here we are. Not a big goal for most people probably, seeing how I'm ~100k:th in skilltotal still, but it was a personal goal and that's what matters.

 

 

 

Well, I'll update the first post now, change most of the text on it and set up the new goal to go for, although I won't press it this time, I'll just have it as something to keep me going.

Bleh, caught a cold towards the end of the last week and was sick over the weekend, didn't feel like playing much -.- But here's what I've done since last update anyway:

Continued doing slayer and finally after 30 tasks got the helmet \o/ I'm combining my att/def/hp/summoning goals into 1 through slayer atm, although at least from the mobs I keep getting, charms aren't all that common. Had 3 150+ aberrant spectre tasks towards the end and made a total of like 50 golds, 20 crimson/green, 10 blue from those #-o

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Still doing all the level 3s I get, and still getting crap from them :P Oh well, maybe someday my dreams come true and I open the casket to find a 3rd age item inside

A couple of days since the last update. I had 98 attack, 60 summoning, 70 slayer and 125 combat all coming up so I decided I'd update after I get all those.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I somehow had reaaally bad luck with the actual clue scroll drops now. From task 30 to 48, I only got these 2 and there was a gap of 17 between these 2 even. 90% of the tasks were on mobs that drop lvl 3s and no go. It was getting a bit annoying as I really liked doing them to break the monotony. Oh well..

My first dragon drop from metal dragons. Too bad it was the skirt :( I tried for a long time to get one back when the cave just came out and they were very pricey. I held a log of drops and all, but never got them. This is also actually the only rare dragon drop that I've gotten in RS2. In RSC I got a d med from the KBD. Never found a shield half or a dmed from fire giants or anything :l

 

 

 

 

 

 

11 levels gained since I started, soon I will have quadrupled my exp at the start. Maybe I'll even get to 85 for them whips.. :o I don't think so though

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then this while doing a task, yey :) It actually felt like it went really fast. I got 97 in the last update post and I've been in school all week too, so 99 shouldn't be that bad either. If I can keep my spirits up and not quit(again).

 

 

 

 

 

 

And then this one from the attack. I actually thought I'd get it from the summoning lvls later.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And one of the goals is reached. It's getting a bit expensive though, spent 1M gp on 40k shards 56-60 and I still ran out and had to go swap pouches >_>

 

 

 

Well, I'll probably update next when I get something worthwhile again. Might be at the 99 att actually.

Posted an update after umm.. about 9 months? Scrapped all the old goal stuff I had there, not really relevant anymore. So yeah. Read it if you want. Or not.
