Melee Training Help

Featured Replies

If you look at my stats below, could you tell me roughly how long it would take for my character to get 80 attack, 85 strength and 80 defence. i would also need to know what monsters to train on. im looking to train on a monster which has almost zero running costs for me to kill effectively, and one that gives me good xp/hour.

Please post any methods i could use for killing the monsters you suggest, that is, if it requires a different method from just owning them!

this would really help me

Thanks

Yaks or monkey guards, could get you there in a little over 2-3 weeks, maybe less depending on how much you play.

Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

Yeah, yaks would be the fastest, have zero running cost since they barely hit you.

But they would bore you silly, a much more interesting way to get melee combat levels would be to train slayer.

I find that slayer makes quite a nice amount of gp while training, due to seed and herb drops and others.

slayer is good as it gets you good drops and two xp at a time, however if you want fast xp then do yaks
