as for the sig, it's alright.... I dunno really feels like you didn't bring anything new to the table, all the sig really offers is just the watchmen font and a Rorschach render, I mean it doesn't look bad or anything but where is your artistic contribution?

i considered making a 'artistic' sig, but tbh im sick of all these generic brushed, highlighted grungey sigs you see everywhere

 

thought i would keep it simple rather than making it just another one of those ;)

So am I, but 'artistic' signatures don't have to be generic. But the point is I just don't consider this enough of your own work to post it here.

tbh, most of the sigs posted in here would be render + someones brushes

 

usually not belonging to the person making the sig

Well I've got to disagree with you there. While there are some (mainly new) artist who don't do a lot more than brush/Google a background and slap a render and some text on it, the majority of artists here actually add plenty to other people's resources to create a good, well-thought out piece of art.

 

 

 

Also, "everythings stolen these days" seems a very pessimistic and not so true statement. People use resources provided by other people, which is what they're there for (not the people, the resources :P). And as long as people follow the rules and terms of use and actually put time and effort into their art to create something new, there is nothing wrong with that.

i guess your right to a degree, however i did not consider this 'art' just a slapped together signature that i could use elsewhere

it's a signature.. i personally, dont consider them 'art' never have, never will it's just something i make from time to time
