July 28, 200817 yr well thats the best for f2p besides getting rune gloves from fog but for members theres a lot more choices which im not full sure of but i know theres a berserker helm 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P

My defence os 45 and right now i am wearing rune armor and rune berserkersheild If you're f2p then a rune berserker shield is the best. If you're p2p, the best shield by far is the Dragonfire shield at 75 defense. The best armor is torag's, but it degrades. The best non-degradable armor is bandos chestplate and tassets. If you have 130+ att/str, get a rune defender and keep the berserker shield for those anti-range fights.
