I'm looking to get some certain skills to 70 and I'm wondering how long they'll take. I also want the know the best and or fastest method. I play 5-8 hours a day.

64-70 Thieving

62-70 Mining

67-70 Fishing

62-70 Hunting

Keep in mind I want the fastest or most cost efficent. I'd be cool to also know the amount of hours I'd take.

thieving-->pyramid plunder or pickpocket knights. i also do sorceress garden as they give plenty of

seeds

mining-->500g granite, lunar humidify or enchanted water tiara would help a lot

fishing-->heavy rod, it makes no money, or fly at shilo, makes a bit money

hunting--> red salmanders r my favorite but its a bit tricky, here's a website that helps on how to

train hunting

I would guess 5-10 hours for each skill.

Well, thieving, 64-70, I would not say Pyramid Plunder, i'm currently training Thieving, started at 59 roughly 1 and 1/2 weeks ago, i'm now 80.

For thieving, Menaphite Thugs would be your best bet, if you can really concentrate and click fast you can get around 120-130k exp per hour. You should get 64-70 in a VERY short space of time.

Pyramid Plunder i've found at those levels resulted in less Exp per hour. Although, you don't need to concentrate so much. ;)

Edit: If you decide to research Menaphite Thugs more, steiner wrote a fantastic guide here: Click

Further Edit: If you get the hang of the concept of Menaphite Thugs (providing you have the initial requirements) you could probably achieve Level 70 Thieving in around 3-4 hours, considering it's 330k exp from 64->70. If you take some noted food like steiner suggests, (I chose Lobsters), and a small amount of cash, you should actually end up breaking even in terms of cost of food and money to re-buy from the general store when you run out of un-noted food.

As for Hunter, you may want to do a short trip to Falcon Range to get that Level up to 63, then jump straight to Red Chinchompas, they may be crowded at times but there are some great spots dotted around, and I can't think of anything better Exp / Hour wise. They may be busy, but I think I recall a couple of guides on these forums showing some good spots for hunting them.
