1. Whom do I speak to in the Gnome tree security stronghold?

1. The stronghold of security is in Barbarian village near edgeville, ankous are on the top level and are about level 82.

Yes, it is summoning that increases your combat level, not slayer.

 

1. Lol, hes not asking about the Gnome Tree Stronghold.

 

2. The "Stronghold of Security" is the one in barbarian village. It is in the center square where all the mining rocks are. In the center is a hole, its on the lowest level (technically -4th floor).
