Combat 76, Atk 63 str 65 def 60. Wondering where the best place would be for me to train them all up to 70. Looking for a balance of speed and items.

You could probably do lessers. I assume you are member. Good XP on members worlds and pretty fair drops. You could also try earth warriors, they are good XP. And Moss Giants FTW if you want Prayer XP.

At your cb I trained at green dragons and I made some profit.

If ur a member do baby dragons (I perfer Blue) and bury thier bones. Its easy pray exp but not profitable unless you kill blue dragons in between.
