The values are based on each item buying and selling for the medium Grand Exchange price. Prices can vary. I also based the xp values on the beginning xp values of levels from the Tip.it value table. You will save money, and gain more xp than this method if you buy grimy herbs and clean them, rather than buying clean herbs. You will also save a small amount of money if you buy empty vials and fill them with water yourself. I could suggest farming the second ingredients, but that is quite time consuming, so likely out of the question. There are more cost-effective methods to reach this goal, but you seem set on doing it this way. Be aware that my calculations may be incorrect due to any errors. I would only choose this because they stand to rise in price, and can be used for slayer assignments, or other types of monster hunting.
