Slayer?

Do slayer, if you find chinning boring, any other ranging spots will bore you too.

I'll suggest the following areas. I am not sure on the xp, but it likely varies from 30-40k xp per hour. Possibly more.

- Fire Giants in the Waterfall area, unlocked after the Waterfall quest.

- Black Dragons in Zanaris, unlocked after the Sir Amik Varze portion of Recipe for Disaster quest.

- Blue Dragons in the Taverly dungeon, and I suggest 70 agility for the shortcut.

- Avansies in the Godwars Area, and I suggest reading a guide before attempting.

- Iron/Steel Dragons in the Brimhaven Dungeon, I suggest a guide before attempting.

Those are among my favourite areas. Slayer tasks, and certain slayer monsters are also very good choices, such as Cave Horrors and Nechryaels.
