Slayer ring to slayer cave is literally right next to a fairy ring. Next best is Canafis, though having to load your house first negates that if you aren't on Ancients. The best option for those without slayer rings, then, is a glory to Edgeville. There's one across the river next to Lucien's house.

 

 

 

Oh, and the Spirit Larupia's teleport (59 summoning needed) is actually better than the fairy ring. You can also take advantage of the +5 invisible hunter boost it gives while you're there.

or just get a ring of dueling tele to cwars and run south its not that damn complicated

Another method, is using Charter ships to Oog'log (or however you spell it) and run to the spot, its rather near by and you can use the Hunter pool on the way.
