Which is the best summoning obelisk to use?

Crimsons are good training for all levels, along with gold( Because terrorbirds cheap and a good way to get free run energy), The obelisk i would use is the Picatoris one, im not sure how much closer it is, also when you can summon Kyatts ( i think ) you can use to teleport to an obelisk then bank at cwars with a duel ring, might wana check up on this though.

Start with crimsons when you can make bloated leeches, or honey badgers if you're impatient (MUCH better to wait for leeches). Beavers or macaws are a good place to start using greens.

Piscatoris is the best obelisk.

Spirit kyatt pouch + the interact teleport = fastest.

For me personally I don't care about 2nd unless its impossible to buy. So using the highest summon possible for that charm gives the most experience while it may not be cost efficient.
