Well the only way I can make profit on fletching now (Im level 70) is if I buy the flax and spin it but thatll take extremely long to do/

 

 

 

 

 

Thanks to the G.E.'s broken system everything became over priced.

 

 

 

 

 

Meh I think Im just gonna cut my yews so I can actually make a profit.. :(

 

 

 

Now for the help...

 

 

 

Its there any really close place to a bank to get flax and spin it because I might just do that instead of cutting yews.

Don't make money by spinning flax, that's slow. If you run some dragonhides for a few hours you'll make enough to buy bowstrings that would have taken you days to spin.

Well I habe 850k

 

 

 

I did a test.

 

 

 

I bought 1 nature rune, 1 yew log, and 1 bowstring.

 

 

 

I had 1000 gold to start and ended up with

 

 

 

984 Gold after everything.

 

 

 

So Im losing 17 gp each alch and in 1000 alchs thats 17k every 1k logs I do.

 

 

 

Thats really gonna build up and eh I was just thinking of getting the flax half off at g.e. and spinning it myself.

 

 

 

Although I have 640 nature rune I had from collectin that will save me some cash/ So Ima high alch 640 bows and start from there then.

 

 

 

I knowin the end I will lose some but I dont have enough to fletch 10k quick and gather resources. I just want to fletch for the next few days because my mem is almost up.

Eek, don't spend your last few days on members fletching! Set up your bank to be F2P friendly, train some agility (run restores faster with higher agility even when you're not a member), and make some quick money!

 

 

 

I mean, not to boss you around or anything, but is there any reason you particularly want fletching levels? They're not useful even when you are a member.

Well dont know whether or not I will be a member again but I will be cutting yews when I f2p so I already have yew logs.

In that case, unless you think you can get 99 fletching before your members runs out, here's what I would do:

 

Right now, focus on making your bank F2P friendly. Make a tab for members only junk and toss everything in there. Then make a tab next to it with only one F2P item (I suggest feathers) with a lot of them (over 100). That way if you trigger the glitch where you get stuff from the next tab, you'll only get a few feathers instead of members stuff you can't put back in. Get multiples of everything you could want in F2P. Rune armor, green dragonhide, raw fish, cooked fish, logs, axes, picks, fishing equipment, str pots, etc etc. Make sure you never use withdraw all.

 

 

 

Then, after that's all set up, train agility until your membership runs out. That will make banking much easier in F2P. When you go F2P, chop a lot of yews and save them. That way, when you get back to members, you have plenty of materials for fletching. Just sell as many logs as you need to for bowstrings and then fletch and alch them all. If you're F2P for a long time you might be able to bank 99 fletch, though that would take a looong time.

for flax close to a bank there is lletya ( elves town) and for spinning id suggest lummy, btw im spinning 6.1k flax for 66 crafting :thumbsup: and it aint half bad considering all the money you save.

Ok guys well I got my mem extrended so I dont need to prepare. Although I found the solution out to my fletching problem. Ill just farm while Ill fletch. That way Ill get levels in farming and break even wth what Im spending on fletching.
