I am F2P, so I can't Runecraft them. I also don't have any extra money to spend on them. So, what monsters would be the best (Nature Rune drop-rate wise and quantity/respawn wise) place to acquire natures?

dark wizards or white knights.

Dark wizards, these would probably be your best choice.
