The standard X800 is not a very fast card, and if you intend to use it for gaming you should get a better card (Such as X800XL, X800XT or maybe even an X850XT). And a (P)ATA-100 drive? Go S-ATA instead. Normally I hate giving suggestions to increase the price, but you've already hit your maximum budget, go with a 3500+ and 1 gig RAM instead. With the above upgrades the performance will be better than from the original setup, assuming you use it for games. The S-ATA drive should be there no matter what though.
