I heard two people in rs talking over how to make money fast and one said that when you reach lvl 80 slayer you are awarded with 80mil, is that true?

You can get quite a lot of good drops through slayer, and with the point rewards you can buy slayer dart runes, which you can sell. But a 80 mil reward, no.

Yeah, I would suggest buying slayer dart runes with extra points, you can really make quite a bit from them.
