what can i use to decrease the rate at which my prayer is used up i use all addy rune scimmy and ammy of str with team 36 cape

i assume you're f2p? try monks robes and a holy symbol, for p2p go and do recruitment drive and slug menace for the best prayer boosting armour ( me thinks )
