Laws - sudden drop

Hi,

I was recently craft a lot of laws, and still have to sell a load, but why are they taking a sudden drop, they seemed quite stable a while ago, is it due to more people training rc, less people training magic, or due to the rc guild?

Laws Current Price

Thanks.

i think its because of the guild, maybe just because a lot of people started doing the minigame and created a great influx in runes, once most of those people stop playing the game prices will prolly rise/stabilize again

you can see a price drop on most runes btw all starting since guild came out

Supply and demand.

Helpful.

Ok, smart guy, riddle me this:

Why the sudden increase in supply/decrease in demand?

I don't know. Possibly people getting excited over law tabs, but they've been dropping since before the guild update. Or more people trying out RC.

I've played the game, though, and the game itself doesn't produce many runes. And it produces no law runes at all (since that altar isn't visited in the game)

My theory from personal experience:

I spent the days prior to the guild training rc at the ZMI altar. I thought 75 would be a sure-fire level to guarantee entry and all the "perks" a rc guild might offer.

As a result, I accumulated a slew of law runes. Thousands. So not only am I not a buyer of laws anymore, but now I am in high surplus and actually could be a seller (if I wanted to sell on the downslope).

I doubt I am the only one with a surplus of law runes in his bank at present. :|

I also think there's also an erosion of demand game-wide. There are so many ways to transport around now without using law runes - I think demand is dropping because of this newfound ease in getting around.

PvP is not for me
