August 16, 200817 yr Unfortunately, your Smithing Level does not affect your chance of making the bars. It is always going to be 50 %. How ever, you can use rings of forgings. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
