Spell Speed

Are there any spells that are faster than others to cast from the first click? Like if I used each spell which would be the first to cast?

Some ancient spells are delayed I think (like ice blitz). But I don't know of any that are faster. Maybe some spells used for skilling.

I also think that slayer dart spell is slower then others, but i may be wrong.

 

 

 

You should try the speed of Iban spell.

But for all combat purposes, no. When people say they are delayed, it doesn't mean they are slower it just means that it hits the opponents a few milliseconds after the original spell is casted compared to other spells.

All combat purposes? No... Ice blitz + AGS spec is THE most effective combo I've ever seen (I've personally hit a 26-73), and is even better when combined with vengeance or a granite maul on low defence players. According to Muggi, an ice blitz + shadow barrage works well, but I havn't had as good of luck with it.
