If u would really want us to teach u hwo to make signatures, u should be more exact on what types of signatures (abstract, pixel.. blah blah) u mean, and what types of them. And by looking at your post, it seems like u motivation to learn the art of sig making isnt guite big enough--

You need first to have a program..... like Photoshop , or if you wanna make pixel, Jut PAINT (but dont try this unless you can draw really well!!)

There are many ways to make sigs, you can use many free and paid graphics programs. I don't know all, but some of the most common seem to be Photoshop and MSpaint (for pixels mainly). Check the sticky to read lots more on sigmaking. :)
