On-topic: I'm having the same problem too but I can't get to the calcs. I'd use zybez if you don't want to use runehq. If this was done on purpose, I would recommend that it would instead be redirected to the announcement about the site being down on the forums. If you didn't know F5 is the shortcut for refresh page, so it isn't that stupid. What he means is that if the server is down, pressing F5 will just be a waste of time and probably might keep it down even more.
