magekillr
not sure if this has been suggested yet but how bout giving additional slayer exp for completing ur task...like as a reward or sumthing the harder the task the higher the reward as for crafting...i feel we should be able to tan our own hides...like we need our own tannning equipment..so we dont need to run back and forth from dragons....cows etc. thoughts? ShadowSam19
the slayer thing sounds like agility trainging, and has been brought up before, i believe. Teh tanning thing is interesting tho, and i think it would be a good idea. One problem would be players offering to tan other players hieds for free, adn then taking the hides for themselves. But i still like the idea, and i think it would be a good addition to mid-hi lvl crafting
lpinkus
as for crafting...i feel we should be able to tan our own hides...like we need our own tannning equipment..so we dont need to run back and forth from dragons....cows etc. You may soon be able to keep your own tanning equipment in your (drum roll) very own player-owned house (fanfare)! Well, maybe :) lpinkus
Crim_nimora
both very good ideas and if people offer to tan for free and people fall for it then its there own fault theres way too many stupid people out there and they should be punished for being lazy enough to not want to do it themselves and stupid enough to give their stuff away although if players tanning was introduced the ordinary tanners would go away and I think with this skill wshould come the ability to make something from fur like a daniel boone hat (even though there are no racoons) also if theres a fur trader why no hide trader??? the animal skin market is very messed up if you ask me (which you did)

magekillr
i wasnt thinking of anything...really high... but only 1k?...i was thinking for big tasks..like 100+ dragon 1s....for like 5k exp
Crim_nimora
well this skill really would be alot easier to lvl up its not similar to agility at all if you do agility courses you only get like 8 exp per obstical but THEN you would get the actual decent amount of exp unlike agility you get decent exp for each enemy killed UNLESS YOUR FIRST STARTING OUT AND HE MAKES YOU KILL 45 COWS 3 TIMES IN A ROW
magekillr
well...easier tasks...get alot less reward.... reward increases with lvl/slayer task
phreaknet
I don't get the whole animal skin thing. I mean, we have bear fur, wolf fur, etc. for what? cowhides, we make leather with. But you can't make anything with animal furs. Same thing with silk, what's the point?
