you can make them, on a lectern in a player owned house. or buy them off the GE.

yeah you need the the runes to make the teleport and some soft clay i think then you just make it at any player owned house

If there was nothing but him getting sucked into the ground, then it was definitely a teleport tablet, but if there was any other animation, be sure to say what it was, because that could be very significant.

If it looked like that, then yeah it was a Teleport Tablet, or Teletab for short. You can buy them or make them. They are very useful, seeing as how they take up 1 inventory space, and also they stack.
