I know there have been a million discussions about this, but I'm still unconvinced.

After reading Transfering wealth, it seems that there is little hope of ever helping anyone out ever again. I am still wondering if anyone knows if I could give someone a rune kitesheild who died that lost theirs.

And if helping a friend out is strictly against the rules, please explain that to me, because I still don't quite understand that.

These discussions are OLD. People should get it into their thick heads!!! No wealth transferring is legal... not now, not yesterday, not EVER. Accept it and get over it. If some one cant make money from scratch then he should not play RS. its as easy as that.

Any transferring of item is against rule, unfortunately that includes giving things to friends.

Locked.

PS Italian5kamikaze You are encouraging others to break rules by saying that.
