you must of done underground pass and started/finished regicide

I did that.

well then

 

 

 

if you finished regicide you can use the charter ships to get back to elven lands

 

if you started mep1 you should of received the crystal teleport that teleports you to lleyta

 

 

 

and well find the location and dig to find the sara mage

I've lost the crystal teleport because I've been f2p for a very long time. Where can I get it back?

it;s not much of a hassle at all. It is like 20 steps from the mountain pass entrance from the ardougne side, in a area with NO traps whatsoever.

You can get the elf crystal back by killing elves. Its a fairly common drop and you'll want to get more then one. To charge it talk to the one of the elves that teleport right by the magic trees. It doesn't cost a lot to recharge.
