Emerald bracelets, about 65k xp/hour and you break even or lose a small amount of money if you sell them on the g/e. Ruby bracelets would be faster if you're prepared to spend more money.

 

 

 

Just check the prices of gold bars/cut gems and compare them to the unenchanted bracelet prices, that's more accurate as the prices change every day.
