Yaks/experiments. Fill your inventory with super att/str pots, and bank when you've used them all.

 

 

 

Slayer, zombie monkeys or dust devils would be good too, but you'd have to bank.

I believe that the monkeys at ape atoll are decent exp. Though last time I tried training there, I got bored in 5 minutes, so I don't know the exp/hour. But you could pray and use att/str boosting prayers all the time, so the exp should be good. But the bad part is you don't profit from drops or get any charms for summoning.
