June 19, 200521 yr Well I want Microsoft Java and Windows XP doesn't have it. I look on the site but can't find a download for Windows XP. So my question is, can it be installed on Windows XP? If it can, can someone provide the link to the download? Thanks
June 19, 200521 yr Yeah, I think I downloaded the Win98 version and it's fine ;) I just posted something! ^_^ to the terrorist...er... kirbybeam.
June 19, 200521 yr Yes you can and make sure to run Windows Update after that. Also make sure to enable it in your Internet Options if you also have the Sun one. As far as a link goes, it's illegal to distribute since Sun won their lawsuit over MS. However, google is your friend.

It's only illegal for Microsoft to distribute. The software is still legal and available. Here's a link http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/javavm.html

I was saying distributing it is illegal, whoever does. That's why I didn't post a link. Maybe I'm wrong...
