hey guys, where's the best place to get the said levels, preferably in combat and hopefully without wasting cash, i'm totally useless when it comes to mage

For F2P lessers are kinda good... Alot of Safespots and pretty good drops. Another good option would be Moss Giants... Bank/bury B bones... Thats all i can thnk off... im kinda sucky at mage aswell.. i hate it :P

The options are a bit limited, because you don't want to lose the money...you could try Daganoth Kings, Barrows , metal dragons OR Magic Training Arena.You could focus on getting Bones to peaches spell or getting different items, to pay for the runes that you use.
