Why sell them? Why not get place holders so that you can keep your whole bank, instead of losing fortune.

Put a placeholder for absolutely everything you could ever need in f2p in your bank before p2p runs out. Make sure to bank all your members crap in your bank, and don't get it out. Then when you become f2p, you will have placeholders for everything. Obviously, you have to make sure not to remove anything placeholding your back, otherwise you can't put it back it as you'll be over the f2p limit.
