Bans there are NOT appealable here, and tip.it takes no responsibility for it. It's simply called that because many of it's users also use tip.it. Our official network is irc.tip.it , and the main channel there is #runescape. All operators on that channel are official staff(and have a staff rank here on forums), and all bans are appealable through account_problem.php here on the forum.
