Yeah, no matter how you look at it, you're still breaking rule 6. And one of the TipIt rules is for us to obey all RS rules... so yeah. :mrgreen:

Shouldn't this be locked/deleted now considering it's asking if he can break the rules and in the wrong section...?

Trading accounts is against JaGEx rules and as such is also against Tip.It rules.
