Well, if you have the slayer lvl, Bloodvelds are not bad (what I did at a low ranged lvl)

 

Orges in the cage, under the Gnome Stronghold, are good

 

Ghouls in Canfis

 

or Slayer <-- what I did to get 99 Ranged)

minotours in the security dungeon till 30, experiments till 50. otherwise you could switch to moss giants at 30. i forget what i train on when i was lower level range :wall: sorry couldn't be more of a help :?

Just use bow and arrows or anything quicker?
