Xbox 360's

I have 3 xbox 360's (shipping error, in my favor), and every one now has problems.

My first one is having AV issues (full red ring), and it is not a problem with the cable, since it works with the other xboxs. It costs almost $100 to send it in, and I don't have a job yet, so that's out of the question.

My controller won't connect to the second one. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the controller, or the console. I can't tell if it connects to the first one, because that red ring is in the way, and the connect button on the 3rd xbox doesn't work.

My third xbox is completely fubar, I won't even go into details.

My primary objective and question would be about the second xbox, because that seems like the one that I'm most likely to get to work again. I go through the steps correctly to connect the controller, but the green light on my controller just keeps spinning, and goes back to the flashing ring. The controller doesn't have any history of problems, and I tried changing the battery. Does it sound like a problem with the controller, or the console? Any suggestions for me?

See the tiny button on top of the controller and next the memory card slots on the 360? Press both of them at the same time while the controller is trying to connect to the Xbox 360. The controller might be still in sync with the other 360's you've used.

Also, nothing wrong with a 360 sloter.

I have a suggestion don't buy and Xbox.

I already bought em, and I'm not paying $400 for a PS3 :|

And Vidi, I've tried that. I've tried every combination of button pressing. I've held em down, I've pressed and released, pressed one held the other, hold for 30 seconds, etc.
