What is the fastest way to 99 fishing??

To get it the fastest way possible:

 

Shilo fly fishing, just buy feathers and go fish there, it can get 40k xp and hour.

 

If you want profit:

 

Go catch Monkfish, get a small fishing net and catch them, I'm not sure of the xp an hour there though.

Wrong, fastest way is Barbarian fishing. Not only do you get faster fishing experience, but you'll also save roughly 12 hours of strength, agility, and cooking each if you did it all the way to 99.

What do i barbarian fish??

You would need a heavy rod obtained from otto south of the barbarian outpost. I'd advise you take a knife as well along with about 100 fishing bait. When you have a full inventory of fish you cut them and use the product for bait. Caviar makes about 500gp ea, but would require banking. Caviar and Roe can both be used for bait so you would not have to leave from the spot if you were just looking for the experience

Leaping sturgeon, leaping salmon, and leaping trout.

yup barbarian fishing is good

 

 

 

alternative shilo village fly fishing or monks at piscatoris are pretty good :)
