Where should I train agility at 45?

i think you should go to the wildy area

barrows:dh axe, guth chainskirt, ah staffX2, v skirt, t leggsX2,

dagannothkings: zerker

bandos: plate, bootsX3 tassetsX3(1 solo)

i would reccomend doing the brimhaven agil arena until 52, then switch to wildy course :)

Can't I do wildy now? Because Brimhaven agil arena takes a lot of time.

You can not do wildy at your agility level I used wildy to train to 54 so I could to regicide but I remember it taking ages while im-between the courses

Agility arena is your best choice unless you want to spend a couple extra hours in the barbarian course.
