I've recently created a pure account and I hope to get some advice if prayer worth getting on a 1 Def Pure?

pray on 1 def pure in f2p fails.

 

 

 

Look at it this way.

You could have a person with like 70 strength and 31 pray... or at the same combat have a person with like 80+ str and 1 pray. The second account without pray will be able to hit more, and doesnt ever have to worry about running out of pray points

Dont get pray until you max out your strength. And even then, you might want to reconsider.
