October 5, 200817 yr Just got my new mobo set up and sound doesn't seem to be working. When I open up the audio panel; it says "No Audio Device". The hardware panel says I have Audio Codecs and Legacy Audio Drivers, however. I can't find the audio or chipset drivers for my specific mobo and was thinking that might be the problem. Any help would be amazing. My mobo is a foxconn g33m. Don't really know what else to say, it does have on board audio. ------ PCI Card came and installed the drivers that way. Old audio drivers were broken. Thanks.
October 5, 200817 yr Have you downloaded the latest drivers for it? As he said, he tried, but was unable to find them.
October 5, 200817 yr I went on there site expecting to find an easy to fix this problem but, when i got there and selected from the drop downs asp errors started to occur. Then i tired doing the keyword and all the comes up is VGA drivers. Did the mobo come with a cd? If not i would call the company and tell there there download system is messed up.
October 5, 200817 yr Author The Mobo did come with a driver disc and I had installed all of them before I got windows running. Maybe they are out of date. But my old Hard Disk crashed so I went back to my old IDE PATA one and had to unplug the Disc Drive to do so. My SATA Drive isn't working either haha. (I'm lucky, eh?) I just ordered a PCI IDE card from Newegg so I'll try that if I can't get something else going before then. But I'd really like to get sound going ASAP, so if anyone knows where to find the chipset or sound drivers it would be amazing. I've looked all over the site and it's so vague that I can't find the correct ones. Forgot to mention I'm on intel, not AMD.
