Bounty Hunter: Where Did I go Wrong?

This was my first trip there and I thought i'd better go seeing that it will die next week :thumbsup: .

 

 

 

Only thing was that it was an EPIC FAIL :wall:

 

 

 

I was wearing my pk range,mage outfit.

 

 

 

Wizard hat

 

Amulet of magic

 

God Cape

 

Wizard top

 

Black Dhide Chaps

 

Mystic Gloves

 

Mystic Boots

 

Magic Short Bow With Rune arrows.

 

 

 

So I enter the mnid level crater and In my 6 second immune time drink a dose of range ppot and set my special. I am immediatly bombarded by ddsp's from a prayer n00b so I eat and through him the quick Ancients Ice Burst followed by a Specialk Bow which hit 30 :o andd plus the damage from the ancients which I didnt see (most likley splashed). That guy fled as he was beeten by my proness lol.

 

 

 

Then With out a second to breath this guy in full rune and a ddsp gives me 2 specials and I eat. he then Uses his Dscimmy hitting 25's and I couldnt scoff monks fast enough and I dies losing 60K :oops:

 

 

 

Where did I go wrong because bounty hunter sound like fun but if this usually happen I wont be going back

In mid crater this will always happen.

Well, err, to put it simply.. look at your stats. You're going in med crater, where you can get attacked by 112s. Plus, take a look at the melee defense of what you're wearing. Considering you're only level 85 PLUS you're as squishy as a wet noodle, you'll be the primary target of noobs that only stay in BH long enough for 4 specs (Speaking from personal experience, as I've got a level 91 tank).

 

 

 

It CAN be done (BHing in med crater at such a low level), I killed a lot of people on my 91 tank, but not with your stats (no offense). I had 96 range, 87 hp, much better gear, and it was still very annoying to BH. Most higher levels though I'd be a good target to spec and run, but many of them changed their minds after I hit a 50+ on em.

 

 

 

To sum things up, you need to train.
