Tanker!

Okay so a while back i decided to make a low-ish level tanker for the new pvp worlds... Sofar ive gt 40def, 46ranged and 37 mage on him... Im planning on getting 80ranged , 60/70def and 70 mage on him along with 50prayer. I dont intend to touch his atk or str(dont want to spoil the pureness). my question is: will it be possible to get 60/70 or even 80def using longranged? how long ill this take? is this a good account overall?

There are no good ftp tankers, and without atk and str you would be some combat levels behind, thus possibly owning. I say longrange is epicly slow, but training def with 1 atk and str is so much slower.

So my advice is to investigate EVERYTHING in runescape to find something: Safeable, good xp, money (for arrows), with a decently low defence.

Hoping you can do so. I love tankers.

Btw, get prayer to nice also.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

Better to raise attack and str a bit (free hp levels), if you keep them under ranked then it wouldn't hurt. This way you can train ranged efficiently using rapid and split magic and melee on defense levels. I do feel that magic is stopped at an odd level, I would set a goal and go for 82 for blitz 94 barrage.

^OWNED.

Im quite sure if you get your range high enough you can use a black scim (10 atk) and an extra 10 str with 1 cb or 0 cb levels.

Miggghhht help

I also say that you should level attack and strength, at least then you'd get free HP levels, ability to do dragon slayer and level defence easier. Now I wouldn't just go get 40 attack and 60 strength, as you want to keep it low, just high enough to level defence efficiently but still maintain a low combat level.

I say do the quests for dragon slayer (not vampire slayer as you get attack exp), then do dragon slayer, level attack to 20 and strength to 30 or 40. Then you can start training defence, still hit a fair amount and high enough.

Now keep in mind that this IS going to be a long and painful process but you always have to keep the outcome in mind. ;)

Good luck!
