gongusan
I don't know if this is really the right forum but I wasn't sure where to put it in the gallery, but I'm a noob at photoshop and I'm trying to do a vector of an anime screenshot. Trouble is I don't know really what brush tools to use to create things like the thick smooth lines on this picture: http://blog.iveanime.org/wp-content/gal ... ld_001.png When I use the basic brush tools it comes out all choppy and fail similar to MS paint. So yeah move this if it's in the wrong forum and please try to help. :|
dsavi
For such a huge tracing project, I wouldn't use PS at all. I would use Inkscape, an open source vector program. The user interface is designed for things like this, unlike PS which is made for raster. You can change the stroke size from the Stroke/Fill dialogue in Inkscape. Also, in the Gallery, where this would belong, there is a questions sticky, where this would also belong. I suppose it'll be moved there.
pryomancer
What dsavi_x4 said. For that picture, you need to use vectors, since they're infinitely scalable so you can work closeup easier. Please use the Questions sticky. Locked, Pryomancer.
