If you've teamed up with Lucien after the Temple of Ikov quest, you can kill Armadyl Disciples in the temple who will drop one eventually.

 

 

 

If you finished the quest the nice way, you can simply talk to them and they'll give you one ;)

But where i find that armadyl disciples?

You have to go back to the room where you found the disciples in the temple, re-read the quest guide to find out how to get there.
