You could tank fairly well at your defense level.

 

 

 

For your set-up, you could use either one of two options:

 

Torag Helm/Dragonhide Body/Torag Legs/Granite Shield(DFS) or just go with full dragonhide. With both you should be able to survive on B2P, but with full dragonhide you may find yourself eating peaches more quickly, while killing aviansies more quickly as well.

I'm 87 def and 86 range, I usually tank, here is my set up (I'm cheap lol)

rune c bow + 2k bolts

I just finished a trip, I ended up running out of my bolts (2k) with around 15 b2p tabs left and almost 800 bars

 

 

 

Oh, and don't bring sharks, bring basket of strawberries (30 hp)

My guess is that long enough that you leave before you run out because of boredom :P Also, make sure you bring ALOT of bolts if you're going to bring 100 tabs, and lots of fire runes/a fire staff

Don't use that many tabs, you'll be forced to leave behind lots of ranarrs. One thing you could do is bring as many tabs as you want, and then leave when you have a bunch of ranarrs.

 

 

 

And at 76 defence you'll be fine with just a Torag's helm, granite/obby shield, and the rest ranged gear.
