My Add & Remove programs is not loading, it makes the usual error sound instead :(

How about the title "Computer Problems...."? You can fit it in it is just a lame excuse.

maybe have the patience and wait for a few seconds, the list takes longer to load if you have alot of programs installed.

It makes the 'error' noise, so it emphaises it isn't going to appear.
