Looks like Photoshop CS. can tell by the simple borders... it's so easy :P

i'd seriously learn how to make a new better boarder. But it's like another hour just for the boarder. Stroke baorders are simple 1-2-3 thnigs. Easy and doesnt take long to create :)

Even tech borders are easy to make... as long as you know what your doing... Can't start doing it, and not knowing how you wanna make it look

I mean, besides the shift button being your #1 tool, if you know what filters you need, it takes 30 mins tops to make. An hour if you wanna make it look nice... 8)

I'll take a stab at a tech border... my PS knowledge is basic, but everyone seems to like them...

And i love the text ;)

Cool sig, you should try to use overlay borders too, they are easy aswell

i agree, very cool text - i think an interesting border would look cool.

:: slightly off topic - Steidnar, i use fireworks to make all my sigs and stuff cuz the 'art' onthem is drawn and scanned. I do have photoshop but never really got to grips with the filters/brushes and stuff.

:: do you make sci borders? and if so could i buy/have 1 for my new sig [as seen below]?
