October 14, 200817 yr Hi, i haven't played runescape in a while (like 3 years) and just got back into it like 2 weeks ago and made a new account. i have 40 attck 52 str 40 def right now with full rune (minus plate, i use chain), where should i train and what weapon/shield combo should i use? right now i've been doing zombie graveyard in wilderness, its only been giving me 10k an hour.. also, i have salmon as food.

They max hit is the same (1), they have low defence and same hitpoints. Give a try to them really. Salmon and trout are fine (well I used lobsters :oops: since I had no other kind of food in the bank and I didn't really want to spend time on fishing) R.I.P. You can restock food right out side the entrance, there's a fishing hole. The entrances is in the middle of the barbarian village, in the middle of the coal rocks. ~ Captainkidd
