How should I kill these? I wanna try the Chaos tunnels because of the charm drops but is it busy there? And what about safespots? I have 77 range so is this a good idea. I don't really wanna spend money on prayer pots.

they're pretty easy to range (although I prefer meleeing them when doing slay)

Ranging them is fairly easy, and just head north and it's pretty self explanatory. Bring like 10 range pots, and like 5 monk fish for when you might mess and get nailed. And it's not very crowded either, once in a while some guy will walk in and start killing some, but then either he'll hop or you can, most worlds are empty.
