Zimbu
I answered a question like this on Help and advice on this a while ago. First of all I agree with Derrick44444. A credit card number should get your account back instantly. If you paid for members with paypal or didn't have members, read on for my seven password recovery pointers. 1. If you are unsure about anything (use of capital letters in a recovery question, month of creating your account) leave it out. You can write these things and what you are unsure about on the "Other details" section. Jagex probably has a bot check up on all the recoveries giving auto denials to people trying to get passwords of Zezima and the like. The Other details section, however, is probably read by a real person. 2.The question about moving house is supposed to determine if your (static) IP has changed at a certain point in time. Your IP can also change from one to another (or from static to dynamic or vice versa) if you change for example to a wireless broadband. Tell Jagex about all IP/ISP changes in the "Other details" section. 3. Tell them more than the three passwords by typing them into the "Other details" section. You can easily get all your passwords and the bank pin to fit in the 300 characters. Remember to tell which is the earliest and which one is the one that you had when you were hacked. 4.If you can remember exact dates (of you moving or creating the account), type those too. Remember to tell on which timezone you were. 5.Paypal gives you transaction id's and exact dates of purchase? You can write these on the "Other details" section as well. 6.You can also tell them which ISPs you have used at what times. Get on the phone with relatives to ask about their ISPs if you've been visiting them for long periods of time. (Does Jagex keep track of these?) 7.Also, tell them your previous bank pins as well if you've changed your bank pin. Your "Other details" section should still be in plain English and consist of short sentences. (This basically means that your going to have to make several password recovery attempts as long as they get denied.) If and hopefully when your password recovery form comes in front of a real person, that person is going to be an underpaid, overworked customer service lackey. He/She might not be willing to read the "Other details" section a second time. Have all the info easily accessible. Shazarabbit
Sadly this topic has been responded with mostly spam. Your best bet is to create a new account. I'm sorry for your loss.
